Group Classes or
1:1 Sessions
Group Pilates classes are great if you are in reasonably good movement health. In a group class you can shed general aches and pains, get fitter, stronger and more flexible.
If your movement health has been compromised by injury, operation or decades of poor posture then you would benefit more from 1:1 sessions.
Workshops
Occassionally I teach workshops. Each workshop will have a movement theme designed to address a common movement problem. It's a good way to upskill your movement or to start your movement health journey.

Group Classes on Zoom
I teach three group classes a week on Zoom. On Tuesdays at 7pm I teach a strong class for clients with really good movement health.
The classes I teach on Wednesdays at 5pm and Thursdays at 6pm are aimed at people who are maintaining their strength and flexibility despite some modest movement health complications such as mild osteoporosis, mild arthritis or a well established joint replacement.

1:1 Sessions in Person
I teach in-person 1:1 sessions from my home on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. I use a variety of Pilates Studio equipment, (the Reformer, the Spine Corrector, the Oov) and I am skilled at facilitating movement with my hands. Each session is tailored to meet your needs on the day.
