Core Strength is a widely misunderstood concept. It's not just about the abs, sit ups aren't essential and it isn't about having a flat belly.

​The same musculature that delivers core strength is also involved in breathing and in moving your body.

We need core strength to provide dynamic stablilty while we move and breath. We need stable ability.​​​

Strong Functional Hips

We need strong functional hips in all aspects of life; to stand from sitting, to walk up and down stairs, to climb over a stile, to swerve to avoid an obstacle or to play with the grandkids.

This workshop will help you to minimise wear and tear and maximise longevity of your hip joints.

Pelvic Floor Health

The pelvic floor has many, seemingly contradictory functions. It has to maintain continence, but also allow elimination. It has to support the organs but also allow hip movement. For many it has to navigate birthing!

Learn how to develop a strong, flexible pelvic floor that is responsive and dextrous enough for the complexity of life.
